These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr95 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr95 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots and account management features.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on pkr95, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

pkr95 operates as an internationally licensed online gambling platform. It does not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority, including the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial or federal government body. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr95 holds its international operating licence.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account with pkr95, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where pkr95 has determined it cannot lawfully offer services.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of any such person associated with pkr95 or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded from pkr95 or had an Account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in good faith and not in furtherance of any fraudulent, money-laundering, or unlawful activity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

pkr95 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of withdrawable funds pending investigation.

Pakistani Players: Registering with pkr95 while located in Pakistan does not constitute a representation by pkr95 that doing so is lawful under Pakistani law. Players in Pakistan acknowledge the existence of the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and accept full personal responsibility for their decision to use the Platform.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account with pkr95. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending withdrawals.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. pkr95 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying pkr95 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensuring your Account login credentials are not stored in a way accessible to third parties.

pkr95 will never contact you by email, chat, or telephone to request your password. Any communication purportedly from pkr95 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

By using the pkr95 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game, feature, or system. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing, syndicate betting for fraudulent gain, or coordinated abuse of promotional offers.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or extract proprietary technology from the Platform.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward other users or pkr95 staff.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information in relation to your Account.

pkr95 reserves the right to void any bets, cancel bonuses, and permanently close accounts found to be in breach of the above prohibitions, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the Platform's current payment terms, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and KYC requirements. pkr95 displays account balances in PKR for the convenience of Pakistani players; actual processing currency and applicable exchange rates are determined by the payment method and operator at the time of transaction.

Payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on this Platform as well-known Pakistani financial services for contextual familiarity only. Their mention does not constitute confirmation that these providers support, endorse, or facilitate gambling transactions on pkr95. Actual deposit and withdrawal method availability is subject to the operator's current compliance position and each provider's own terms of service.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified in the Player's name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Full KYC verification — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• pkr95 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Platform's current payment information. Processing times may vary by method and are subject to third-party provider timelines outside pkr95's control.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Only real-money winnings derived from the completion of wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

pkr95 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.

pkr95 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each eligible Player may claim a specific promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Household, device, and IP-based restrictions may apply.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a given offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unfulfilled wagering requirements at the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution percentages are published in the applicable promotion terms. Sports betting, live dealer games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• pkr95 reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not adversely affect a Player who has already commenced satisfying wagering requirements for that offer.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse — including arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed specifically to clear bonuses, or exploitation of offer terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

pkr95's sportsbook covers a range of markets including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, UFC, tennis and esports. All bets placed on pkr95 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has generated and displayed a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, pkr95's records shall be the authoritative source for whether a bet was accepted.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. In-play odds may change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Abandoned & Postponed Events: If an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours (or the sport-specific window specified by pkr95), bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply to certain markets that have already been determined prior to abandonment.
• Obvious Errors: pkr95 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error, regardless of whether bets were settled at those odds prior to the error being identified.
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are stated in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform. Bets exceeding these limits will be paid to the stated maximum.
• Match Integrity: Any bet placed on an event that is subsequently determined to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption will be voided. pkr95 cooperates with relevant sporting integrity bodies in such investigations.

pkr95 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core operating principle. Gambling on this Platform is intended solely as adult entertainment. It is not a means of generating income, solving financial problems, or recovering previous losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players directly from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take immediate effect. Increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all pkr95 services. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and marketing communications will cease immediately upon activation.

Players must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

pkr95 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pkr95 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, pkr95 reserves the right to retain all or part of the balance and to report the matter to relevant authorities.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account for reasons unrelated to responsible gambling should contact the support team. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player following successful KYC verification, minus any outstanding bonus obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr95 and its directors, officers, employees, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or in connection with your use of pkr95 services.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, network outages, or errors occurring during bet placement or game play, beyond those circumstances where pkr95 has been demonstrably negligent.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional terms that contained unintentional errors.
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors, or failures affecting deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkr95's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

pkr95's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the pkr95 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and user experience architecture — is the proprietary intellectual property of pkr95 or its licensed third-party technology partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any Platform software or content.
• Use pkr95 branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by pkr95.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorised use of pkr95's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by pkr95 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

pkr95 collects personal data — including identification documents, contact information, and transaction records — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, anti-money-laundering obligations, and improvement of Platform services. Data is handled in accordance with the privacy laws applicable under pkr95's international operating licence.

pkr95 does not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification partners, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licence conditions.

pkr95 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — including modifications to Player rights, bonus structures, or withdrawal procedures — pkr95 will endeavour to notify registered Players through a prominent Platform notice or by email.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pkr95 accepts no liability for your failure to remain informed of the current Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr95 holds its international operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkr95's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution mechanisms of that licensing jurisdiction.

These Terms do not create any rights enforceable under Pakistani law as a governing framework, nor do they constitute an acknowledgement by pkr95 that its services are lawful under Pakistani domestic law. Players in Pakistan use the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

pkr95 aims to acknowledge all queries within 48 hours. Formal complaints will be investigated and responded to within the timeframe required under the Platform's applicable licence conditions. Players who remain unsatisfied following pkr95's internal resolution process may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body under the Platform's operating licence.
